Our special 3-Day Yoga Retreat at Hepburn Springs will allow you to move at your own pace, to relax and unwind, and dip your toes into the simplicity of a yogic lifestyle. Take time off for personal reflection or be inspired by interaction with like-minded people. Find your own rhythm with options to join in on yoga classes, relaxation practice, meditation sessions and chanting. Immerse yourself in bush hikes or open country walks with spectacular views, writing, or reading.
Spend time in the garden or find a spot in the surrounding native forest to meditate or just relax.
Healthy vegetarian meals are provided throughout your stay, nourishing your body as you unwind from
the busyness of daily life. Leave feeling inspired, refreshed and equipped with new ways to bring balance into your heart and mind, and your home and work life.
You will be staying in the renowned and refurbished Continental House built in the 1920s and set in the beautiful, healing spa town of Hepburn Springs. For those able to arrive earlier your room will be available from 2pm. However we will not be meeting as a group until 5pm.
All rooms have heating/cooling and their own bathrooms.
All food will be served from a delicious and nutritious vegetarian menu. As well as nourishing main meals there will be tasty snacks and hot
beverages available throughout the day. Any special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
THE YOGA + MEDITATION
This retreat, which is suitable for all levels of ability, offers a great opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a yoga and mindfulness practice and explore how this then affects your
whole being. Your hosts, Jacqui and Shimon’s wisdom and experience will take your yoga practice to the next level.
- Continental house offers 1 hour massages of all different techniques and types. (Prices available upon request).
- A Turkish steam room is also available for a minimum of 6 people.

- The glorious gardens, volley ball court, library, stunning views
and surrounding bushland are all for you to bask in and enjoy.

The Hepburn Springs Retreat was a wonderful experience. The highlights for us were every session from the mindfulness walk, the chanting sessions, the meditation sessions and the yoga sessions. The vegetarian meals were delicious and varied and the accomodation was comfortable and very peaceful.
We left the weekend feeling revived and rejuvenated and will definitely be going again next year.
